Strawberry banana smoothie (DIY)

Now is the time to enjoy the perfect summer smoothie for you without breaking the bank or having to go to a restaurant. You can make this within the comfort of your home. Aside the fact that fruits are usually so inexpensive in summer, you also get varieties of fruits too.

Summer time is definitely the best time to snack on fruits and make your own smoothies.

Strawberries are one fruit amongst many others I always look forward to during the summer break in Ukraine .

All you need for the perfect go to DIY summer smoothie blend are strawberries, yoghurt, milk (optional) and bananas.


What you need

  • A blender
  • 2 cups of Strawberries
  • 1 banana (preferably frozen banana – keep them to refrigerate )
  • yoghurt
  • Milk (optional)

How to prepare :

It’s very easy to do . In a matter of 20-30 sec you are done.

It’s as easy as tossing all ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy. Starting with your yoghurt or milk first.

Blend together to a smooth consistency and desired result.

Lastly, you can also choose to add a little honey or sugar if you prefer.

There you go! Your strawberry banana smoothie is ready.
